P4 Pilates is a fully-equipped Pilates studio in Accra providing an exclusive wellness experience. Since the launch of P4 Pilates in Ghana five years ago it has been our mission to spread awareness about Pilates in West Africa. To complete the mind-body connection experience - Disconnect to Reconnect - clients can also book physiotherapy sessions, as well as yoga, Barre and TRX classes. P4 Pilates has also partnered with Merrithew, Leaders in Mindful Movement, to become West Africa’s first Host Training Center for Pilates instructors.
